Monitoring and Evaluation
Realization of the objectives in delivering the services will partly be assured through a system of continuous monitoring and learning whose aim will be to gauge the execution of planned activities and the realization of desired changes so that lessons are learnt and corrective measures taken as appropriate.
The indicators that have been developed and which are contained in the logical framework matrix shall form the basic framework for the monitoring system. These indicators are specifically designed to measure process and impact. At the end of the implementation period, an evaluation shall be conducted in order for lessons from the implementation of this plan to be drawn for the purpose of informing the next intervention.
